Service Description

Join Chris for an energetic and accessible class where we will explore and flow through a sequence of beginners and fundamental yoga postures (with the occasional challenge included!) designed to help open your body and breath, finishing with a period of deep relaxation, leaving you calm and with a heightened sense of awareness and wellbeing. All mats and blocks are provided however feel free to bring your own mat if you'd prefer. Advance booking is essential due to limited space. Drop-ins are not accepted. If the class is fully booked, an option to join a waiting list will be made available. Dates: May 21 June 18 July 16 August – No class September 17 October 15 November - No class December 10 Prices: £8 for a single class £5 for under 16s £28 for a four-class pass £60 for a ten-class pass
